Irvin Joseph Slotchiver

When I was a young lawyer, overwhelmed by the complexities of a domestic case with sticky tax issues, Irv was generous with his time and knowledge and pointed me in the right direction. I have never forgotten that kindness! His loss will be felt by all of us.

I i´m so sad to hear this my dad was his first cousin and I remember his family so well I loved having so many cousins. I remember him as such a sweet person. I feel honored to have known him my heart goes out to his family. May he RIP

We have indeed lost the dean of the Charleston County and state tax and estate bar. He began when law was a more gentlemanly practice and he finished that same way. May my friends Dan and Steve and the entire family be comforted amongst the mourners of Zion and with the memories of their dear father Irvie.
