Irving Duck

We just heard that Mr. Duck has gone to be with the Lord and Etta. Mr. Duck was so special--such a great Christian man and so friendly. He will be missed by many.

I first met Mr. Duck at First Baptist Church of Suffolk in 2004 while he was greeting folks coming in for worship and Sunday school. It was a blessing getting to know him and praying with him on several occasions. I will miss seeing him and the chats we shared. Robin, I wish to express my sympathy on the loss of your grandfather. I have enjoyed his company and sweet smile for all my years at Lakeview. He was a joy and his love for his best girl Etta never waned. I am happy they are together now. Again my sympathy and prayers are with you and your family.

Mr. Duck always brought a smile to my face and greeted me with a hug. His great love for his wife, Etta, always touched my heart. The two were a team! Their wisdom and love have guided our family through the years. He will be greatly missed.
