Not sure what to say?

We certainly will miss you. Sharing our deepest sympathies!

The community has lost an icon filled with love and dedication to our town. Irving, and his wife JoAnn, demonstrated their love through their ideas and actions to ensure that our region had appropriate health care, housing and food options available and accessible to all in our area. They were absolute hearts of gold and are definitely missed.

JoAnn was my sister and Irving was my sweetheart. My heart is broken. Irving loved to go for pizza or Chinese food for lunch. I miss him and may he Rest In Peace.

Irving was the love of all of us at the Temple of Israel. I will miss him always. I pray that he is now with Jo Ann and will be at peace.

Such a lovely couple they were. Wonderful lives well lived. Sending condolences to the family.

I remember meeting JoAnn and Irving many years ago when I first joined Temple of Israel. They were so kind and welcoming immediately and made me feel at home. Irving was a wonderful man and I was always so happy to see him at shul and will miss him greatly. May his memory be for a blessing.

I met the Foglers when I moved to our community. Joanne was the welcoming committee. We immediately bonded as we discovered we had Tidal Creek in common as well as many of our traveled paths. We visited often, shared meals and life stories. My great-grandchildren got to enjoy songs, stories and ice cream many times. They loved going to "the neighbors with an ipad and ice cream," which always brought smiles all around. Irv was a devoted member our our HOA and always willing to teach,...

Irv, was a true gentleman and we were fortunate to have known him these last twenty years. Condolences to his family.

I first met Irving and Joanne in Fayetteville, N. C. in 1968 when I was teaching their sons. This is a loving and remarkable family. When they moved to Wilmington, I was able to reconnect with Joanne in the book store. Both Irving and Joanne were generous and loving. Irving was a presence who gave all who encountered him a sense of calmness. Rest in Peace, Irving and Joanne. Murray and Michael, my prayers are with you.
