I was saddened to hear of the passing of Irv Ludmer. I remember his as one of my first mentors at Labor and Industry and also marveled at the breadth of knowledge he had and ably shared about L&I programs, and particularly unemployment and employment services activities. I will always fondly remember his quiet voice and his love of reading.
