Read MoreSteve, Lisa and Lori, when I saw the return address I knew what was inside the envelope. Irv was a kind and gentle soul. I was so honored when he came to my wedding, and we had kept in touch even after my Mom died. I believe all the Civilian Personnel employees from that era have passed. They were truly part of the greatest generation. I will remember him fondly.

Lori, Lisa, Emily and David - It was a pleasure knowing Irving, though it was for such a short time. I'll remember his wonderful hospitality the weekend I spent at his Estes Park home. He was a kind and sweet man and will be missed.
