My sincerest condolences to the Slitzky family. Baruch Dayan HaEmet. Irv was a very good friend for many years. I was one of the volunteer ham radio testers at the San Fernando Valley Amateur Radio Club when he was attempting to upgrade his license. We remained good friends for many years and at one time belonged to the same Synagogue (Beth Kodesh). I will never forget his kindness. May his memory bew an inspiration.

I was so saddened to hear of the passing of Irv. My dad was a resident at Reeds Landing for 2 years (2017-2019). When he moved in, Irv warmly welcomed him and they connected...both being from Long Island and also sports fans. They used to chat after dinner. Marilyn, I know how much you will miss your husband. I was always touched by your devotion to each other. Irv was a great guy and I send my heartfelt sympathy to all of the family.
