Not sure what to say?

My condolences to Napohaku ohana.Mike was the last vestige of the Hawaiian leads who ran swing shift on the ramp. They all instilled a strong work code.He was a working lead.I'm glad to have known Mike and call him my friend,

Our dear step-father was a wonderful man. We loved him as a father and grandfather. He treated everyone with respect and consideration. We remember him every day. He brought us joy and laughter.

Thank you Al "Porky".
My dad loved United and his coworkers. I worked at United as CSR for 2 years after my dad retired and everyone had such good things to say about him. I still run into people who remember my dad.....I think he is hard to forget.

I worked for and with Mike many years ago.He had a big influence on my life because of his example of being a "WORKING LEAD".He set an example which was admired, respected and followed by many.

I worked with Mike on P.M. shift at LAX in 1967 and 1968 after transferring from ORD.He had a big influence on my working years at UAL.He was a WORKING LEAD !!!He set an example that was admired and respected by all that had the occasion to work with him. If more people were like Mike, this would be a better world.

My sweet Pinky, my heart aches for you and your loved ones! Any man who raised a daughter as wonderful as you, was a great man! I know you will miss him terribly, but remember he lives on in your hearts forever.

I'm so proud to have been a part of the Napohaku Ohana for all these years.
I’ll always remember his back-seat driving directions. He always had to tell you where, and when to make the turns.
It’s funny because only now do I realize he was ALWAYS guiding me.
He guided me, by example, how to be the best father, unko, and grandfather I could be.
Now that he is gone, His spirit will live in all of us forever.
I hope it continues to guide me, just as he did. Though...

To Mike's Family.
Mike was my 1st Lead @ LAX after I transferred from ORD in 1968. Had a lot of respect for the MAN. He was sharp at loading aircraft & his operating on the Ramp. He knew how to work his men & we all had much respect for him.
GOD BLESS HIM.
Al "PORKY" Porcellino
