Not sure what to say?

Dear Sharon, Bob and Shirley
I was in Wichita last week and my sister Lois told me of your Dad's passing. He was truely one of my childhood "heros"! In fact I thought of him often, and very recently, with a long list of memories that included our families! I'm so sorry that he's gone. Would love to visit with you all and recapture a few of those memories. I can still hear he and your mother's duets and the joy that music brought to their lives!

Dear Sharon -- former "best friend" at church in our childhood years,
I just learned today about the passing of your father, and your mother as well. I'm so sorry to hear this news. Losing our parents is monumental. I remember your parents well. I wish you much comfort during this time. I would love to reconnect with you. My email is [email protected].

Bob, Sorry to hear about your parents. I'd love to reconnect with you. I think about you every once in a while and wonder where you sing these days.

Bob - I am so sorry to hear about your father's passing. I lost my parents in 2000 and 2001. Our school days seem so very long ago - but we have great memories. Please take care of your mom and sister. I am thinking of and praying for you all.

Shirley,
This is Linda Sanders. I lived across the street from you on Lexington when we were little girls. I remember your Dad as being such a kind person. I am so sorry for your loss. It's a blessing to know he is with the Lord!

Shirley, my sincere sympathies on your father's death. I know you have a lifetime of wonderful memories to carry with you.

I looked foward to his birthday song voicemails every year, and saved them for the longest time. He had a way of making people feel special, even if he didn't know them very well. He took the time to do something so that might seem so small, but it was really one of the greatest blessings.

Sharon, Robert and Shirley
You were blessed beyond words by having one of the most humblest and gental man as your father. While he may not be here physically, his memories will forever be with you and will give you peace in troublesome times.

His life touched many people and a part of Ike will always be living on through those whose life he touched.

I had the pleasure of knowing Ike for many, many years. Ike approached me and inquired about the insurance business...

Sharon, Robert and Shirley,
So sorry to hear of your loss but glad for your dad that he is singing in glory right now. I have the fondest memories of singing wonderful arrangements for mixed trio with both your parents. I'm looking forward to singing once again with them! Bob and I send our condolences to you and your families. Haven't seen you in ages but still think of you often! Love in Christ, Bob and Patty Clayton (Overland Park, Ks)
