My fondest memories of Isabel was waiting for our daugthers to come out of St. Hugh's at the end of the day. She always had a smile and she couldn't wait to see her lovely daughter Jazzie. I can't believe that she is gone but she will never be forgotten. Jazmin, you should be very proud of your mom and always remember that...
