Read MoreI first met Isabelle in 1980 when I was employed as Elementary Supervisor, and several job titles later, retired in 1991. She was a wonderful person and a joy to be around. She surprised me one day with fresh flowers from her garden when I was named Interim Superintendent for a period of time and was always helpful in assisting me in my job.
