My dad,Al Calladio, was a fellow member of the Homing Pigeon club with Izzy,and I can remember as a child many afternoons when Izzy would come to the house,clocking birds,talking pigeons and hanging out with my dad. He was always a sweet,gentle,funny man,who always had a kind word or a joke to share with me.
