DAVIS, Master Isaiah D.-age 8, passed away Sunday, April 5, 2015 at Children's Hospital of MI, Detroit, MI. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Monday, April 13, 2015 with 10:00 am family hour at Metropolitan Baptist Tabernacle 930 E. Myrtle Ave. Flint, MI 48505. Pastor Arnold Lakes officiating. The final resting place for Master Davis will be Flint Memorial Park, Mt. Morris, MI. Calling hours are 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Sunday, April 12, 2015 at Serenity Funeral Chapel.
Master Isaiah De'Shawn Davis was born April 21, 2006 in Flint, MI. The son of Kemonie Flowers and Shawntika Davis. Isaiah was a student at Durant Tuuri Mott Elementary. He loved riding his bike and playing video games. His absolute favorite food was hot cheetos, hot mommas and lemons. He was full of energy and had a loving smile.
He leaves to cherish his memories: parents, Kemonie Flowers and Shawntika Davis; grandparents, Earlene Caldwell and Paul Flowers; sister, Trinity Davis; brothers, Vondreece Davis, Rashad Davis, and Tre'von Davis; aunts, Latea Davis, Jacqueline Haywood and Kenya (Eugene) Humphries; uncles, Andre (Clare) Edwards, Demetries (Melissa) Davis and Terry Caldwell. A host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by: grandparents, Victor Edwards and Patrica Davis.
The family would like to express special thanks to: DTM Elementary School, the staff of Detroit Children Hospital, Sheri Logan, Tevon Hall and Serenity Funeral Chapel.
I was Isaiah's school bus driver for a short time, from the Veron pick up area. I was saddened when I learned about his passing Friday April 17. I am lost for words and wishing you all the best in this time of sorrow. God bless you.

I met little Isaiah last year, while teaching at DTM. He was full of life and energy. Keep your eyes on the sparrow, HE will never leave you, nor forsake you. GOD bless you all.
