Not sure what to say?

My condolences to the Nelson family. I'm sad to hear of his passing. I've only spoken to him a couple of times, it would usually be bad news of a family member passing. Although we're first cousins, I never got the pleasure of meeting him. He was much older than me, but I remember when visiting uncle Eddie, he would update my mom and my uncle Damon on how he was doing. When I 19 I went into the Army, which kept me away from home many years. I wish I could have met him. God bless his family

I will miss you Deacon Nelson

Mr. Nelson has always been my other Dad. He always kept me laughing and had a fun sense of humor. I always felt welcomed in his home. I was introduced to Motown music from his unforgettable renditions of "My girl" by the Temptations and "Silent Night" Always sing to his wife Mrs. Nelson. Thank you Mr. Nelson for all the fun memories and for keeping me safe each time I was in your home.
