Ken will be missed. I worked Ken during his years with the Palo Alto Police Department. Ken was very honorable, dependable and always a pleasure to be around. I enjoyed our “after work debriefings” at the Shogun Restaurant, where Ken always brought light to the gathering. I will greatly miss Ken.
