tt was mentioned that Ivan was known for his sense of humor and making people smile. That is surely true of Ivan. I worked nights with Ivan on the Saginaw Police Department. Ivan was always upbeat and could find something funny to say. He could always be counted on to be there in times of trouble. I am proud to have known Ivan.
