Jane, We are so sorry to hear this news and to not be able to be with you in the Arboretum today. We hope the spring season will bring you, Sarah, and Amy positive thoughts and warm memories. What an amazing life you and Pete have had together! Your partnership, your shared sense of adventure and caring, have always made me smile. I am so glad you found each other those many years ago!

The time we were fortunate enough to spend with Pete and Jane bring back warm memories of lively conversations, much laughter, and, best of all, sailing beside them with a fair wind carrying us to the San Juans. A man of integrity, intelligence ,unfailing kindness and unending good will, Pete left us better people for having known him. Our hearts go out to Jane, Amy and Sarah.
