Izzy was a great friend of my father, Jim Isaac, Town Clerk of St Kilda, also myself, Peter. I have known Izzy since the late 1960's he always had time for friends and advice, he will be sadly missed by myself and the community. My condolences to the family, regards, Peter Weddell
