Not sure what to say?

Passed far to soon, I had the Pleasure of meeting David in the 80's in New York City through my agent David Pannerman. A man of immense talent. You will sorely be missed

7th grade study hall was an amazing combination of talking about painters, Broadway musicals and fashion designers. David "got it" and understood that I did too.
Meeting again in the 80's was a delight filled with laughter and stories.
Bravo for living your dreams.

I met David in the early 80's, when he directed the ad campaign for David Merrick and 42nd Street. At the time, I was working in entertainment advertising at the New York Times. Working with David was a pleasure. He was highly professional, truly classy. He worked diligently to promote 42nd Street and Merrick, the ultimate showman, who was not easy to please. I am sad to hear of his passing.

met him as an employee quite a guy r.i.p

David, You were a very special person in our lives, and became a part of our family. We will never forget you-you will be greatly missed. Lots of love always, Jeannie and Steph

I graduated from CCPM in 1994 and left San Francisco, but remained in touch with him throughout the years. I left the US in 1999 and have lived/worked as a Podiatric Consultant in Qatar since. I just arrived in New York City 3 days ago and thought I might get a...

Only new him when he became ill. He used to call to talk and he made me laugh some times.
It seems like he had a great life and may he rest in peace now. You will be missed.

I am so sad to read this.

He was a delightful man who often brightened my day with lovely orchids.

He will be fondly remembered.
