J. Frank Hanley II

Frank was a fine man. I knew him for decades through the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR). Frank was a member of NOSSCRs board for several years. He was highly regarded by everyone who knew him. Frank with his warm smile and friendly voice were a fixture at NOSSCR conferences for decades. We all knew him as knowledgeable and a good source of counsel. Im sure that many thousands of his clients received the benefits they deserved and urgently needed...

Frank was my dear God-Brother, i.e., his father was my godfather. We were schoolmates and memebers of the Sensations, a nted doo-wop group around the City. Frank was the bassman and the eye-candy! He's surely singing in the heavenly choir!
