Jake was gracious and gentle person prayers being sent to Judy and family love Alison and Burt Bridges

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

Jake was one of the best men I have ever known. Jesus is most definitely very glad to see his good and faithful servant. My heart breaks for his beloved Jude, Melanie and Ryan. Rest in peace, Jake.

I worked with Jake to get the Root Cellar Clinic up and running. He was a very good doctor and kind to all.

Prayers for Paul & his family, for Melanie & Ryan, and for all the family & friends who loved Dr. Hannemann.

What a gentle, loving, patient and brilliant man Jake was/is. None of us will ever know the incredible number of lives he helped, saved, grief-counselled, improved. And we won't know, because of his modesty and humility. And all this with the loving, supportive passion of Jude, who has her own, powerful ministry, also couched in humility and selflessness. I pray for God's peace and joy for the whole family as they pass through this valley of the shadow of Jake's death.

Was not the water made sweet with wood, that the virtue thereof might be...
