Very sad - I lost a good friend

03/13/20

It was only this week that I heard of Mike's death. It was a real shock. My heart goes out to his family and close friends on their loss.

Mike was a partner of mine at Dames + Moore. He reported to me when I was the Asian regional manager. Apart from business, Mike was a very good friend and I must say, one of my most unique friends. I thoroughly enjoyed our time together in Japan while he managed Chiyoda Dames + Moore.

I tried to see him when I was in Juneau,...

I met Mike in Australia through my then partner and he visited a couple of times and I had a great time visiting him and Jim in Alaska. Very sad to hear of his passing. He was a super intelligent and infinitely interesting man with some amazing stories and a great zest for life. It's sad that he will no longer be riding the highways of Australia! Rest in Peace.

My deepest condolences for your loss. May the God of all comfort bring you peace and hope during these difficult times. Jeremiah 29:11

To the family,

I express my deepest condolences at this time of sorrow. I pray for your strength as each day passes. Continue to reflect on the memories that brought so much joy. Seek refuge in the God of all comfort and he will sustain you.
