I miss you badly. I tried to go to the dentist that moved into your office but... I cried all the way home! I have one of your toothbrushes and pen lights on my Christmas tree I´ll always miss you and love you my friend (brother). I can´t even imagine what Lois,Linda,and Debbie grieving your absence this one year anniversary of your passing. I was your patient from 1993-2020 and I miss your singing. Love you. Tell Randy

He was truly a good man and will never forget his kindness when I worked for his wife Jane. My heart breaks for his family.Rest in Peace Randy you will definitely be rewarded.

Robert and Teresa Saylor. We were greatly saddened when we learned of Dr. Pearce passing away. We both have many fond memories from our many many years of being patients. We loved his great personality, singing, nicknames and great stories.. He will be greatly missed by all.

I knew Randy as a boy, a youth and a man. He was one of those rare individuals who along the whole trajectory of his life was a mensch: a man who was both righteous and kind, playful and serious. In a way, his skill as a drummer strikes me as a metaphor for his life: for a drummer needs to drive the song, but be sensitive, exquisitely sensitive, to the mood of the song and to the inclinations...

Randy will definitely be missed he never met a stranger and definitely knew how to put his patients at ease by singing to them . I will always cherish taking my kids trick or treating at his house cause you was always guaranteed a scare. Rest easy sweet friend.
