David was one of those people that always made you smile and laugh. Smart guy who didnt care for much nonsense. I was lucky enough to meet and serve in our national contractors association with him. He was a treat and joy to be around and I am know he will be missed by many.

The entire Pepper family has my deepest sympathy. David was a wonderful person and I enjoyed getting to know him in his roles at Pepper Construction while I was a VP at Northwestern University. David had an exceptional warmth and openness that made everyone feel welcome and appreciated. He was a great gentleman.
