Not sure what to say?

I am sorry for your loss. My family were patients for a long time. My sons, Brian & Greg, played baseball with a couple of the sons. I always enjoyed talking with Tom. He was a very kind man.

To the VanSlooten Family,

I wish to express my sincere sympathy for the loss of Dr. Tom.

I too, as so many have written, was a patient of his and a testament to his good job, I still have many of his "works" with me some 30 years later.

I truly feel blessed to have been not only a patient but considered a friend on a recent encounter with Dr. Tom. It was such a pleasure to see him again and enjoy a trip down memory lane.

To Dr. Tom's family, may you find peace...

To the VanSlooten Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Your dad was a nice person to work for. It was a great office and it was a pleasure to get to know Dr. VanSlooten. My prayers are with you all...Sincerely,
Karen Bowman RDH

Mark, Andrew, Jon, David and families,
So sorry to learn of your dad's passing. We have wonderful memories of being your next door neighbors on Cedar Crest and sharing lots of fun times. Our love and sympathy to you all,
JoAnn and Roger Wallis

To the Family of Dr. VanSlooten
I wish to express my deepest sympathy in the loss of your father and my very favorite dentist. It is quite a loss to our world. This man made going to the dentist a pleasant experience and was always making me choke in laughter at his jabs with Ann. He was also ready to discuss the wonderful maize and blue football program ( incidentally he did not mention the other team). He had an incredible spirit and smile. He mentioned his children often and...

Dear Dave and the VanSlooten family,
I am sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. He had a very positive impact on me as a coach. My family's thoughts and prayers are with you. God heals all.

In His Love,
Mark Suitor and Family

I worked for your dad for about 8 years, what a great guy he was!! I don't remember him ever being mad or cross with any of us, always a happy guy and that's because he loved what he did. His family was the most important thing in his life. I was so happy when I found out he became a believer because now I know I will see him again!!
My sympathy to all the boys and their families and to his sister Norma and brother-in-law Bill.
Blessings to all,
Pat Landon

Dear Dave and Family,
We are so sad to hear of your Dad's passing. Tom was always so kind and caring of everyone. Joe always enjoyed his time at your home.
Our deepest sympathy and prayers to all of you boys and your families. May God's Peace and Blessings be with all of your family. Remember all of the Happy Times.
Sincerely,
Les and Rosanne Richmond

To the family of Dr. VanSlooten:
We would like to express our sincere sympathy on your loss. As former patients of the good doctor (25 years) we have been missing him for some time now. He was always kind, caring and had a great sense of humor. He would always ask about my employer who was the same age as he was (and a physician he would refer some of his patients to) and wondered if he was still working or retired. I always thought he was hoping to be the one who was working longer....
