I am heartbroken at this news. Wayne was one of my father's best par-dners and a true and long lasting friend to me and the rest of the M. Lee Mitchell clan. He had a heart of pure gold. He was one of the dearest person I knew. I got to know Wayne much closer on a personal level after my father died in 2003. He would share so many stories about my Dad, both our families and his beloved Frederica over the many conversations we had in the past 15 years.
