To all the Cohen family please know that our prayers are with you. Mr. Cohen was a wonderful soft spoken gentleman who will be greatly missed. Mark and Gwyn Jones (Mocksville)

The word "gentleman" is used most often to describe our friend, Newt Cohen. While I can't think of a more accurate and fitting term, the word doesn't seem to do justice to this beloved public servant. We can only pray that his life will be remembered by our public servants today and that they will adopt the way he served the public...a good listener, great sense of humor, honest, respectful and polite to all people. My prayers are with the family as we celebrate the life of a "gentle-man."

I am thankful that I had the opportunity to know Mr. Cohen. I feel blessed to know the family and Newt Cohen. Our prayers are for the family and Rowan County.
With Love,
Kidd Family
