Not sure what to say?

I am very sorry to find out about the passing of Ward. My sympathy to his entire family. He was the Chief of Emergency Medicine while I was a resident at Penn State and instrumental in the training of many emergency physicians. He was a respected physician and a great toxicologist. Several years ago I even consulted him on one of my patients from Illinois. I am very grateful that I knew him, for his role in my training, and his many contributions to the specialty of emergency medicine.

I was Out of town, and Just heard about Wards death. I am very sad. Ward was a friend of my since my 1993 arrival at the Hershey Medical Center, over 25 years. We both were Emergency physicians and prior Leaders of the Emergency Department. I greatly admired his knowledge of Emergency Medicine, and his unmatched knowledge of Toxicology ! He was very well known for his teaching expertese. He was a peer, and became a very special friend.
I learned alot of his funny hunting...

Joan, I am very sorryTo hear about the loss of your husband. I will keep you and your entire family in my prayers.

So sorry to hear about his loss. My father always talked with admiration about Ward.

I am so sorry for your loss. I had the pleasure of working with Dr Donovan as his social worker for the toxicology service at the Hershey Medical Center for many years. He taught me a lot.

My condolences to Dr. Donovans Family. He was a great man, teacher, and physician. I remember many nights on call with him during my residency training, and I still use his wisdom in caring for my patients. Rest peacefully, Dr. Donovan.
