We did many far ranging projects together and he was a great mentor.
He is perhaps why I stayed in government 36 years. The best standout from the rest and he was at the very top.

I was saddened to hear of the passing of Professor Jesmer. Barry was a wonderful teacher who actually made some sense of the public budget process. (Imagine that?!)
