Dad, you were the first one to show me Christ in your very quiet and gentle way. You also taught me what a family is all about. Ill never forget your laughter, although it had to be really funny. And Ill never forget your kindness for taking me in and treating me like one of your own when I had no family at my own. I shouldve kept in better touch but I thought about you often. Say hi to mom up there and save a place for me so I can eat more of her cheesy potatoes.

There never was a more likeable person than J.L. One of the best friends I ever had. Helped me keep my old Fords running for many years.
