Attorney J. Karnale Manuel

Karnale was a great friend and spiritual mentor for me.I will so very much miss the warm relationship and great conversations we had over the 34 years of our friendship. He loved his church and devoted many years of service to sustain and nurture it. He will be missed by all who knew him.

I am in shock after learning of this very sad news today. Karnale was a friend and colleague of mine when I was at Drake University. He and I collaborated on a special juvenile justice series that we co-facilitated for law students at the Drake Legal Clinic. My sincere and heartfelt condolences to his family. He was a wonderful, honorable man...A great loss to the world community.

I trained under Professer Manuel at the Drake Children's Rights Clinic. He was an excellent teacher and mentor. He will be dearly missed.

Deacon Manuel,you were a Man of God about doing God's business. We were blessed to know you.
