Not sure what to say?

I am very sorry for your and our loss of a very good man. It was my honor to get to know him over the years as a fellow member of the Grand Rapids Lions Club. While he was a showman and often made us laugh, he showed his caring and interest in people with whom he came into contact. He will long be remembered for his 60 year member of our Club.

I was very saddened to hear the news. Bob had the unique ability to enliven every family gathering. His presence will be missed.

Dear Sara and Linda and all of the Smolenski family; Sara, your father lived a full and productive life, raised a great family, and was loved by many. What more can we ask of our time here on earth. You can truly celebrate and give thanks for the time he was with you. Best Regards, Carlene Walz Lefere

Sending our love from California.

Sara and Linda....John Brown and I are praying you know the comfort of God holding you and your family, in this time of sorrow.

Pat and Sara, Sending you my love and wishes of comfort and peace to your family.

It was an honor to be Judge Smolenski's court recorder/secretary for almost 20 years. He was an ideal boss. To his family who will miss him, I pray God will give comfort and strength during your days of sorrow.
