Jacari D. Chinn, 17, passed away unexpectedly in a car accident on Sunday, August 27, 2006. Services will be held at Gillespie Memorial Chapel on Thursday, September 7, family hour 12 to 1 p.m., funeral services 1 to 2 p.m.
