JACK B. ANSON

Mr Anson was a great guy. I see how much his family and friends admired him and I hope one day I can be like Mr Anson.

I met Jack 30-35 years ago when I was assigned by the union I was working for to negotiate a contract for a group of employees at MPPS. We negotiated some subsequent contracts and got to know each other better. Then one day he asked if I'd play golf with him. The friendship took off. I was out of town when his wife Pat passed away but when I returned and found out I called him at Maplewood. That started a couple years of phone calls every couple months. I'm so sorry Todd. I enjoyed the conversation I had with him at maple wood. I know he was very proud of you and your brothers. He always would tell me that you " lived in the fast lane" when I would ask about you. He made me smile. He was so kind and a big part of Mt. Pleasant.

A true Mt. Pleasant/CMU man, through and through. We were blest to have him among us. Our blessings and prayers for his family.

Mr Anson was one of the best teachers I've had. Prayers to his family.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Anson family. When I worked at the country club, Mr Anson was one of my favorite members.
