Jack Armstrong was many things to many different people, however to me he was a grandfather, and I hope that one day I may make him as proud of me as I am to call him my grandfather. Grandpa yo0u always gave 100% in everything that you did. You were always willing to lend a hand to others for nothing in return. You made smiles out of disasters, and knew the remedy to most of our pain. Grandpa the times we spent together will be forever burnt into my brain. We will never forget you besides why...

I loved my grandpa so much. I loved his stories and his jokes. When he teased me it was so hard to stay mad.

I went through all our old pictures, including our Mother's and in everyone except 2 (when you and Sandy married & the Obituary one) you always made a funny face. We should have known way back then how funny you could be. You always took a sad situation and tried so very hard to pick up others who were feeling down. Little did we know that we were blessed by an Angel. That would be you Jack for all the kind deeds, the laughter, compassion, and gentleness you shared with everyone. I can just...

I remember...sitting in Long John Silvers and you always used to tease me about "feed food shop" and even one time we were sitting in the restaurant and you farted and said, "oh melissa!" really really loud and everyone thought it was me! You were so funny dad!

I remember...you taking us to Dairy Queen across from Park Fair and watching all the people drive by, eating my 'hot fudge brownie delight' which you knew was my favorite.
