Jack Ashby Jack Ashby, age 84, of Henderson, KY passed away at 10:34 P.M. Friday, April 20, 2012 at his home. He was a member of Finley Baptist Church and retired from L&N & CSX Railroad with 39 years of service. He was a WWII Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hilver and Rushie Ashby, 2 brothers, Rev. Lilburn Ashby and Renolds Ashby, and 3 sisters, Bernice Crawford, Wilda Ashby and Martha Goodwin. Survivors include: His wife of 62 years: Jean Ashby Henderson, KY 2 Daughters: Janie Suddoth and husband Lester Henderson, KY Melinda Brown and husband J. R. Richmond, KY 2 Sons: Roger Ashby and wife Lisa Sebree, KY Darrin Ashby and wife Jackie Petals, MS 2 Sisters: Doris Belcher and husband Lawrence Grand Rivers, KY Faye Woodall Watkins and husband Rev. Bill Central City, KY Brother in law: Marion Goodwin Grand Rivers, KY 10 Grandchidren 2 Great Grandchildren Funeral Services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Monday, April 23, 2012 at Benton-Glunt Funeral Home, Henderson, KY. Reverend Jeff Burke will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Henderson, KY. Friends may call from 3:00-5:00 P.M. Sunday and after 12:00 P.M. on Monday at Benton-Glunt Funeral Home, Henderson, KY.
