Not sure what to say?

Jack Jr., Jesse and Jeff,

I am not sure if I ever met your dad, but if he was anything like you guys, he was a great man. WWII vet too. He will be missed,

Brian

Jeff & Lori, I am sorry to hear about your father's passing, I know he will be missed and when I saw the picture I remembered about the airplane you told me he builded in the house. Jesse looks so much like him so he will be visable to the family for a long time just look at him. I couldn't believe his age but I guess we all are getting better (smile) I shall always cherish the memories of you and your family, you 3 young men remain close, loving, and caring with your family now and you will...

I grew up in Pee Dee with Jack and was also a member of HFD. I remember when Jack went into the navy during WW II and his returned home. We had some good times growing up, especially the Hampton River and areas around the River. Jack was a good person and loved his family very much. I would say that his family was his whole life.Jack will be missed by many including myself. Not many of the old Pee Dee gang left these days.

Jeff, Jessie, Jack and family,
I was so sorry to hear about your loss. I, also, wish that I had words to comfort all of you at this time. Please know that he will be missed a great deal by so many. He was a great man and it shows by his sons! Please accept my deepest condolences! You will remain in my thoughts and prayers. Heaven has another great person! He, your mom and sister will be looking down on you!

No bond is as great as that between a parent and child. My deepest condolences are with you as you grieve.

Mr Jack was a wonderful gentleman, who almost appreciated the small things in life, yet he knew the important things as well. He appreciated a simple cup of coffee with his friends at Chick-fil-a (where I met him) and chats with his friends. As for his discussions with me, he always talked about how proud he was of his boys, and showed sadness over the lost of Catherine (whom he always referred to as "My Girl"). Anyone who had this discussion with him, knew how much he loved his family. May...

While I was visiting PaPa in the hospital one day he made the comment that he didn't know how people survived without having family to visit and said that he was glad to have all of us around. During these past months I feel like we have become closer and I am sure we have made PaPa, Grandma and my mom proud. I love each one of you and am proud to call you my family :)

I was so sorry to hear of your loss. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help at this time.

Jeff,Jessie and jack;
I'am so sorry about your loss,I really enjoyed your dad's visits to the station. He always had a new project or story to keep me and everybody else going. He always had my respect and he will be missed.
