To Mr. Bechdel's family,
I am so very sorry for your loss. I had the great pleasure of meeting Mr. Bechdel when he was a patient at mount Nittany medical center. I fell in love with him. A very kind, caring, strong, smart man. I talked to him about family, life and the Marines. I talked to him about my 17 year old son thinking of joining the Marines.
