To the family of Dr. Bills,
Our children were born in the North County area and had traveled to the TriCity area for years for their well baby medical care. Then Dr. Bills arrived in Fallbrook. He was always there for our children's medical needs! He was both a very fine doctor and truly a fine gentleman in every way.
Dr. Bills and Carolyn were also our neighbors. We always enjoyed visiting with them at the annual road commitee meetings. Several times a week we passed them...

Dr. Bills was my favorite Dr.I an an RN now retired from Fallbrook Hospital. Dr. Bills taught me everything I know about newborn. We worked Nursery since his arrival at Fallbrook Hosp. We loved him dearly in the nursery, but I hold a special spot in my heart for him. Love, Rosie
