Not sure what to say?

I was so sorry to read of Jack's passing. So many great and happy memories came to mind of the time we both were at Tappan. The family will be in my thoughts and prayers

We are so sorry to hear of Jack's passing. You were all such a huge part of my childhood at Camp, and Jack will always be my fondest memory of Camp. My thoughts are with you all.

My thoughts are with all of the Birchfield family. There are many people, places and experiences which touch our lives. Through the 26 years since I worked at Camp Michigania as Arts and Crafts Director, I have often thought of that summer and how lucky I was to have it as a cherished memory. But most of all I remember Jack and his kindness. I was glad to see that while he was here he was blessed with so much love and family.

Camp Michigania played such a big role in our family's life...and Jack , as Director, made it all run smoothly...We all have fond memories of the big guy standing on Welcome Hill as we gathered for another wonderful stay...
The Bill Neumann Family

Dear Ann,
I remember cheering tall Jack dribbling the ball down the court in Adrian High School and Adrian College. He was a champion player. Like many other classmates from Adrian, we remember you and Jack as the perfect couple. May your wonderful years together keep you comforted during this sorrowful time, and may God rest the soul of this beautiful man He created.

OUR HEARTS AND THOUGHTS ARE WITH YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. TOO MUCH TIME HAS PASTED SINCE OUR LAST CONTACT.
