I feel privileged to have known and worked with Jack at IBM. He was truly a professional with a great sense of humor. Jack's word was golden...when he said something would be done, you could take his words to the bank. Jack was not only a business colleague, but he was a friend to all who worked with him.

It was a privilege to have known and worked with Jack at IBM. Jack was truly a professional, and was always firm but fair in dealing with issues. His word was golden. I feel fortunate to have known him and to have worked with him.

It was a complete failure until your dad came home from work and told us it...
