Not sure what to say?

Jack Brockman was a foreign service colleague who I met in Bogota, Colombia. We had a great relationship, both professional and personal.

My wife Vivian and I were his wedding sponsors in Guatemala and our eldest daughter was the flower girl. Jack was then the director of the Instituto Guatemalteco-Americano. He enjoyed telling people that it was hallowed ground. He first stayed at that building when it was a hotel, then became the director of the cultural center noted above. And...

No one could get me laughing the way Mr. Brockman did! His happy nature and friendly attitude have always been what I remember most! Michelle and family - I'm so sorry for your loss. How lucky you were to have him as a dad!! Love, Ariel and family

I would like to extend my condolences to the entire Brockman family. Michelle and I are very close and I just wanted her to know that I am sorry for her loss but always remember her father was someone to be very proud off.

Love & God Bless, Denise

Uncle Jack will be missed greatly. He was loved and respected by his nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews. He was a great support to my mother Betty when he lived in Nebraska. I was always entertained by the stories of his travels and family. He was a kind and generous man and the world will not be the same without him.
