First of all, my condolences to Jack's family. This story starts back in about 1978. I had been with Southwestern Bell a little over a year. Well I was asked if I wanted to go over to the payphone group. I said yes, well that was when I met "Jack Brown". Boy was that an experience that I will never forget. Jack showed and trained me on how to do the job right the first time. Now Jack had his ways, but if he told you something, it was correct and it was the truth. I will always cherish and be...
