well to my family love will always be on my heart Pastor Jack Carroll was like a dad to me he always said that no matter who win Ms. Outreach Dominiqua will always be Ms.Outreach .So to the Carroll Family you all will always be on my heart no matter how hard times will be I will always attend Outreach Missionary Baptist Church.

To the family God has a better place for him and he needed him more then we did, and we know that weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning.

He can rest in peace.I've known Pastor Carroll for his preaching, and teaching when I use to attend Greater New Hope MBC. So don't worry, God will take good care of him.
