Not sure what to say?

Dr Chen saved my life with his surgery. I was crippled and he restored me to what I was 40 years before. My back is better now at age 82 then it was at age 18!! He was a gift from God. His passing brought many tears to me and hundreds of others.

Jack we were just talking about you last night at work at the front desk. Your name still comes up! Who could forget you?! We remember your face, your beaming smile, your kindness toward everyone, the way you treated everyone as your equal, your wit, your fun, your bigger than life character, your passion for all things family and surfing, your intelligence, your earthiness and your warmth. It was a sad day for us the day you walked down the hall to leave for your fellowship in Miami, but...

You are ways missed Dr. Chen. Erica, Mykey, and myself always share stories about you and crack up about you inviting me to "lunch" lol. We miss you dearly!

Dr. Chen did spinal surgery on me about six years ago. The outcome was perfect! He was a wonderful man and had great "bedside" skills. He will be greatly missed.

Dr. Jack Chen was truly an angel in human form. I have never met anyone as compassionate, charismatic, and gifted. I had cervical spine surgery last June and he gave me my quality of life back. My deepest sympathy to his family and OSI family as well. Everytime I look in the mirror and see a fine line on my neck, I will think of you. God Bless you all.

His medical services added quality to many lives. He will be sorely missed. Best wishes to his family.

We love and miss you Jack. St.Josephs hospital will never be the same without you. Rest in Peace my dear friend.

Prayers for your family ...

Our sincerest condolences to the Chen family. Jack was our neighbor and friend. We will truely miss his smile and seeing him walking or riding his Harley around the neighborhood.

Our daughter remembers Uncle Jack and how kind he was to her. She kept thinking it was a bad rumor someone started when we told her the sad news. If only it was so.

She remembers how kind he was to her when she visited to play with the Nicholas and Andrew. One of her fondest memory was a recent...
