I'm so sorry to hear this news. Before looking at the paper tonight, Mum and I had just mentioned at dinner how much he enjoyed the chef tasting parties. Jack had so many talents and interests -- from his work as a chef to his work at the Hillman Center. Sadly his health and other factors often held him back from what he wanted and could have done. In the past few years I saw him display a quiet humility and a testimony to his trust in God when he was faced with a number of difficulties...
