Not sure what to say?

I just found this today, many years after my Uncle Jack has passed. My father, Viets Collister, was Uncle Jack's brother. Boy did those two crack eathother up! Uncle Jack was a genuine soul, such a sweet, giving man. He loved the Lord. I have so many regrets not being able to spend more time with him, but living in Arizona made it difficult. He came to visit us as much as he could. He would always grab the check at dinner! He was a stinker some times. I wish I could have spend so...

Remembering you so fondly today Jack, and missing you. Thank you for being such a wonderful father in law to me.

Ellie & Keith,
Jack built the home I still live in 22 years later. I enjoyed working with him, golfing with him, but most of all laughing with him. What a sense of humor. Heaven gained a great man today. My condolences.

Dearest Ellie, Keith and precious grandchildren,

I am so sorry for your loss. Jack was a wonderful man. No one who crossed his path was ever a stranger. Ellie, you two were such a great couple! My heart aches for you, my friend. We will see him again, Ellie.

Much love, Deb Deal Ps 121

To Ellie, Keith and family,
I am so sorry to hear of Jack's passing. He was such a happy, fun loving guy. My husband (John Graven) and I were on a bowling league with Jack and Ellie an it was so much fun always. His family was so blessed to have him this long. He will be sorely missed. God Bless you all!!

Ellie, Bob and I are so sorry to hear about Jack. We knew him only slightly but I remember him to be a happy and smiling person. Take comfort in the many memories you have, and again our deepest sympathy to you and your family.

Jack,

You were a very special person in my life, and I know that I can speak for Mark as well. We were partners in the building business for almost 20 years, and what a team we made!! We managed to complement each other in many ways...I think you would agree with that. And wow, did I ever learn a lot from you too along the way!! I learned how to read and work with all of those crazy blueprints, what not to say to the carpenters, plumbers and framers, and how to treat people too. ...

I ONLY KNEW JACK A YEAR, HAD A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOR, HE WILL BE MISSED

it would seem that if something needed to be done,Jack was the go to guy.My wife and I will miss him dearly.
