Not sure what to say?

Jack,
I love you & miss you so very much. I look forward to the day when I can be with you again. You are such a big part of my life that I am lost without you. You said we would be "Together Forever". Remember?

P.S. Alex misses her PiPa taking money out of her ears and asking her to "Give me a hug"!

Vicky, I hope you all are getting along ok through this difficult time. I am sure you miss Jack, but you will have your memories of him. I remember some fun times we had. I'll be thinking of you.

Dear Tony, Scott, Steven and Brandon, & family members, Our sincerest and deepest sympathy on the loss of your father and friend. Your memories of good times with him will carry you through your loss.

To Kathy Ray and Jack's Loved Ones, We want to express our sympathy and send our prayers to you all for your loss. Patrick and Susan Hosey

TO the Family of Jack Cook:
I knew and worked with Jack W Cook at the Cook County Assessor's office from May of 1971 until he left the office in the 1980's. He attended my Bachelor party and Wedding and I was present at his farewell party from the office.
I considered Jack to be extremely knowledgable person in the assessment and legal description field and more importantly a good friend.
Our sympathies to his family and friends.
Mr. and Mrs. Thomas A. Madden

Dear Vicky,
So Very Sorry for you Loss. You are in my thoughts and Prayers.

Please accept our sincere and deepest sympathies.
