Yale Class of 1964

On behalf of my classmates in the Yale Class of 1964, I extend condolences to Jack's family and friends. Jack had many friends in our class and will be missed. We mourn his passing and will remember him on our Class Website (www.yale64.org) and at a memorial service on campus during our 50th reunion in May 2014. Anthony M. Lavely, Class Secretary

My sincere sympathy to the family. Rely on Almighty God because he is near to those that are broken at heart and will provide you with the strength to continue on.

Cam and family... Please accept our sincere condolences at Jack's passing...he will be missed and remembered.
Stewart and Rosalind Sharp

Cam: I was so sorry to hear about the loss of Jack. His advocacy for social justice is a huge loss for many unless we all invest a little more time and resources to carry on his work. He has cleared the path for all of us to be better people. His legacy will be our light. Be at Peace.

John I. Wilson, Raleigh

Cam, so sorry to learn about Jack. He obviously is a special person who has touched many lives. You and your family are in my prayers for you to have strength to get through the coming days. You'll always be a special friend.

Cam and family, you are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. What an amazing man Jack was!

The world has lost a great person. Jack lived across the street during our teen year and after the Covers returned from Burma. Like Susie, I attended many international get togethers. Of late, Jack was an internet friend with his Religeous Latest and remembering the past.
My prayers are with the family. RIP Jack

What an honorable life! I aspire to it. RIP, Jacm. You've earned it.

Jack and I both graduated from Fayetteville-Manlius high school, a suburb of Syracuse, NY. Though Jack was a senior when I was a freshman, I sure knew who he was - even then we were both Christians! We reconnected through email & facebook 5 years ago when I worked on reconnecting my classmates for our FM'62 50th reunion. I looked forward to his posts and "Religious Latest" emails, and look forward to the day when we have some good Presbyterian discussions in Glory! Meanwhile,as Paul said in...
