Not sure what to say?

Jack was devoted to his wife long after her memory began to fail. That was impressive.

Just learned of Mr. Crocker's passing. I was a Kicks season ticket holder for three years. I have never seen a more fan-friendly team than the Kicks while under his ownership. They truly made the fans feel important. Thank you, Mr. Crocker, for many happy memories at the Met. My deepest condolences to the family.

Mr. Crocker was one of the nicest and most generous gentlemen I have had the privilege to meet.
I was often reminded of him when shopping at a Fred Meyer in Portland, Oregon.

The Lord's Prayer gives us a glimpse of the future,. When Gods will is done on earth so many things that cause tears and pain will be gone forever. My prayers are with your family at this difficult time.

I met Jack at the "old YMCA" playing noon basketball. Many fine people worked out there but none nicer than Jack Crocker. All of us visited on the sidelines between games. Jack said he was an accountant at Fred Meyer. A year or two later he was announced as Fred Meyer's first president outside of Mr Meyer. Low key, that was Jack Crocker.

Then head guy at Super Valu, the country's biggest food wholesaler at the time. Impressive, but Jack never changed.

Condolences to Pat,...

Jack was such a gentleman. He and Patty befriended my father who was Maitre'd at Eldorado Country Club. Jack and Patty then became a customer at my restaurant in Palm Desert and he would always be so inspiring, complementary and gave sound advice. His stories of his business success gave me encouragement. They always invited my family to a dinner with them and a grape picking day out in the fields each year. Kind, generous, and wise are the words that best describe him to me.

We enjoyed many summers at Cannon Beach with Jack and his family. He was a kind and generous man and we always appreciated his advice about business and life.

My memories of Mr. Crocker, across-the-street neighbor, and father of my bff, Susan, while I was growing up are of a warm person, always smiling, larger-than-life, welcoming and funny. The Crocker family was blessed to have such a man a the helm of their ship. My love to you all. Marci Feinstein-Tobey
