Celebrating a life well lived. I will cherish the memories forever.
Mr. D was very special to me and many. I am very grateful to have known Mr. D and had the pleasure of learning from him. Mr. D you will be missed and I thank GOD for knowing you and you allowing me to be your friend. Now it is my turn to say what you have told me many times "Thank You Friend"

This was a man that was so well respected thru-out the industry, a man that I learned so much from and I am so glade to know him over the past 16+ years in my life. When God made him he had to throw the mold away because you can only meet a man like Jack once in a lifetime.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of Mr. D's family and friends.

We have lost a very dear friend.

Please accept my deepest sympathies.
